Asera Shelters & Investments has been part of the Asera conglomerate since its inception in 1995. We are a privately held construction company that doesn’t build houses — it builds homes.

We have a simple three-step process to guide you from concept to completion. Along the way we make sure the transition from an idea on paper to the completed building is as smooth as possible. This means working with you and your design team every step of the way.
1. Consultation
Your new home begins with your ideas. An architect or draftsperson interprets these ideas into concept plans. Our part in the consultation process begins when you are ready to turn your concept plans into reality.
We can work with you on your concept plans before you commission working drawings. We can discuss the building requirements, interpret parts of the plan which may be unclear, work through costings, discuss the practicalities of the design and suggest alternatives you may want to consider.
We will work with you and your design team to help make sure your home is just as you imagined.
2. Planning
We will help you through the complex area of compliance and certification to make sure your project proceeds as quickly as possible.
We will guide you through the important areas of budgeting and costing to make sure your home is priced within your range.
Under a full contract we will make sure materials and suppliers deliver the right quantities on time. This saves you time and money, avoiding costly delays.
3. Building
At Asera Shelters & Investments Ltd we take pride in the high standard and craftsmanship of our homes.
It is important to us that you are involved. We will liaise with you throughout the building process, making sure you are up to date every step of the way.
